Terms of service

These launch-draft terms must be completed with the operator’s registered details and receive business or legal approval before launch. Last updated 5 August 2026.

The service

WheelWisely provides vehicle information and decision-support guidance based on data available at the time of a request. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when using the service.

Important limitations

Reports are not guarantees, valuations, mechanical inspections or legal advice. Data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and AI-assisted analysis can make mistakes. Verify the vehicle identity, condition, title, finance, seller evidence and important report findings before purchasing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade access controls or limits, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, scrape results, resell reports without permission, or use the service to make automated decisions that unlawfully affect another person.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. We may restrict access to protect users or the service. Features and third-party data can be changed, suspended or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.

Pricing and cancellations

No payment is taken until a checkout flow clearly presents the price and applicable terms. Published or indicative pricing does not itself create a purchase. Paid-service, cancellation and refund terms must be approved and displayed before checkout is enabled.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, final purchase decisions remain yours and any liability limits must be completed and legally approved before paid launch.

Contact and governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the law applicable to the confirmed UK operating entity. Questions can be sent to info@wheelwisely.com.
